NFL Week 6 Recap

The Drake Maye era in New England has begun. Although they lost 41-21, the offense had more enthusiasm, energy, and overall looked better. Maye threw for as many TD's in one game as Jacoby Brissett had thrown all season. Once again Joe Flacco replaced the injured Anthony Richardson and led the Colts to a win. Davante Adams got his wish, traded to the New York Jets. Week 7 will be filled with exciting matchups to look forward to!

Drake Maye Tosses 3 TD's in Debut

The Patriots defense did Drake Maye no favors on Sunday afternoon, allowing points nearly on every Houston possession. This could be the reality Maye faces for quite some time, having a defense that allows lots of points. However, Maye completed 20 of his 33 passes for 243 yards and 3 TD's. He did throw 2 INT's, one was an unlucky bounce. Next up for Drake Maye is the Jacksonville Jaguars horrid pass defense, the Patriots could actually pull off a win this Sunday in London.

Davante Adams Traded to New York

Aaron Rodgers and his former WR Davante Adams got their wish. The Raiders traded Adams to the Jets for a couple of draft picks. The Jets offense desperately needs a spark, they cannot afford to fall to 2-5. A sleeper game this weekend, Jets @ Steelers on Sunday Night Football.

How much will Aiden Hutchinson's injury affect Detroit?

During a blowout win over the Dallas Cowboys, Aiden Hutchinson suffered a broken tibia, which required immediate surgery. He has officially been ruled out for the season. Losing the heart and soul of your defense can be a crushing blow, which is why Detroit needs to be busy at the Trade Deadline. Although it would be difficult, the Lions should throw the house at Las Vegas for Maxx Crosby. In reality, it is time for Detroit to start shopping for D-Line help.

Are the Bucs a Sleeper?

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers offense has been a force to be reckoned with this season. Baker Mayfield is in the Top 5 for nearly all passing statistics, and the Bucs are 4-2, coming off a game in which they scored 51 points. The Buccaneers also ran for 277 yards, gashing the Saints defense. Their biggest test has arrived, this Monday Night the Baltimore Ravens head to Tampa for a primetime showdown.
