The NFL landscape has shifted quite a bit since my last NFL mock draft in mid-February, and the ripple effects are shifting the draft board in a big way. Quarterback movement has dominated the headlines.
Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston both signed with the Giants, which means they're probably not drafting a QB at #3. The Raiders made a bold move for Geno Smith then gave him a new 2-year deal worth $85.5 million with $66.5 million guaranteed, while Sam Darnold landed in Seattle and Justin Fields found a new home with the Jets. And if the rumors hold up, Aaron Rodgers could soon be suiting up for the Steelers. As a Patriots fan, none of this has made our path to Travis Hunter at No. 4 any easier. I’m still holding out hope, but with so many teams shifting priorities, I’m not as confident as I was a month ago. Let’s dive into how all these moves have reshaped the 2025 NFL Draft.

1. Tennessee Titans - Cam Ward, QB, Miami.
The Titans get their franchise quarterback. Ward's arm talent and mobility give Tennessee a high-ceiling signal caller to build around.
2. Cleveland Browns - Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado.
With Deshaun Watson’s future still uncertain, the Browns lock in their QB of the future. Sanders brings leadership, accuracy, and playmaking ability.
3. New York Giants - Abdul Carter, DE, Penn State.
After signing Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston, quarterback is off the table. Carter gives them a dynamic edge rusher to bolster the defense.
4. New England Patriots - Travis Hunter, WR/CB, Colorado.
The Patriots land an elite two-way talent. Whether he plays corner or receiver, Hunter gives New England a game-changer on either side of the ball.
5. Jacksonville Jaguars - Mason Graham, DT, Michigan.
Graham is a relentless interior force. He helps solidify Jacksonville’s defensive front and adds toughness against the run.
6. Las Vegas Raiders - Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State.
After trading for Geno Smith, the Raiders shift to building their offense around a dynamic, versatile back in Jeanty.
7. New York Jets - Will Campbell, OT, LSU.
The Jets protect their new investment in Justin Fields with a powerful, dependable offensive tackle.
8. Carolina Panthers - Jalon Walker, LB, Georgia.
Walker brings elite athleticism and sideline-to-sideline speed to a Panthers defense in need of a centerpiece.
9. New Orleans Saints - Will Johnson, CB, Michigan.
Johnson is a lockdown corner who can immediately elevate the Saints’ secondary and match up with top receivers.
10. Chicago Bears - Armand Membou, OT, Missouri
The Bears continue to invest in protecting their quarterback, landing a rising star at tackle in Membou.
11. San Francisco 49ers - Kelvin Banks Jr., OT, Texas A&M
Banks gives the Niners a long-term answer at tackle and helps keep their potent offense rolling.
12. Dallas Cowboys - Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona.
A big, fluid receiver with strong hands, McMillan becomes a new weapon for Dak Prescott and complements CeeDee Lamb.
13. Miami Dolphins - Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State.
Warren gives the Dolphins a versatile tight end who can stretch the field and be a red-zone target.
14. Indianapolis Colts - Jaxson Dart, QB, Ole Miss.
Dart has taken major steps forward in 2024. He gives Indy a young passer to develop behind Anthony Richardson or possibly compete.
15. Atlanta Falcons - Matthew Golden, WR, Texas.
Golden’s speed and route running add a dynamic element to the Falcons' evolving offense.
16. Arizona Cardinals - Jihaad Campbell, LB, Alabama.
An instinctive, rangy linebacker, Campbell brings energy and speed to a rebuilding Arizona defense.
17. Cincinnati Bengals - Jahdae Barron, CB, Texas.
Barron’s versatility and toughness give Cincinnati much-needed help in the secondary.
18. Seattle Seahawks - Grey Zabel, OL, North Dakota State.
A physical, fundamentally sound lineman, Zabel strengthens the interior for Seattle’s evolving offensive line.
19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan.
Loveland is a polished, reliable tight end who adds another layer to Tampa’s passing attack.
20. Denver Broncos - Mike Green, DE, Marshall.
Green is a raw but explosive edge rusher who could blossom into a star under Denver’s defensive coaching.
21. Pittsburgh Steelers - Walter Nolan, DT, Ole Miss.
If they do land Aaron Rodgers, the Steelers will want to continue building their defense. Nolan is a disruptive force up front. With Cameron Hayward closing in on a potential retirement, it's time to strike for a future replacement.
22. Los Angeles Chargers - Derrick Harmon, DL, Oregon.
Harmon gives the Chargers a physical, gap-clogging defensive lineman to strengthen their run defense.
23. Green Bay Packers - Kenneth Grant, DL, Michigan.
Grant’s athleticism and power make him an intriguing fit on a young, rising Packers defensive line.
24. Minnesota Vikings - Donovan Ezeiruaku, Edge, Boston College.
The Vikings need more pressure off the edge. Ezeiruaku is an explosive pass rusher with a high ceiling.
25. Houston Texans - Shemar Stewart, DE, Texas A&M.
Stewart adds more firepower to an already strong defensive unit under DeMeco Ryans.
26. Los Angeles Rams - Malaki Starks, S, Georgia.
Starks brings elite range and instincts to a Rams secondary that needs a new anchor.
27. Baltimore Ravens - Josh Simmons, OT, Ohio State.
Simmons adds depth and upside at tackle, helping protect Lamar Jackson for years to come.
28. Detroit Lions - James Pearce Jr., DE, Tennessee.
Pearce gives Detroit another high-motor pass rusher to rotate with Aidan Hutchinson.
29. Washington Commanders - Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State.
Egbuka slips a bit but lands in a great situation, giving Washington a polished, reliable target.
30. Buffalo Bills - Nick Emmanwori, S, South Carolina.
The Bills reload at safety with Emmanwori, a physical presence who plays downhill and with purpose.
31. Kansas City Chiefs - Aireontae Ersery, OT, Minnesota.
Ersery helps reinforce the Chiefs’ offensive line and protects the investment in Patrick Mahomes.
32. Philadelphia Eagles - Luther Burden, WR, Missouri.
Burden’s explosive playmaking gives the Eagles another dangerous weapon alongside A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith.
